MANILA, Philippines A CCTV footage showing an enraged driver of a sport utility vehicle (SUV) punching, focalprice kicking and pointing gun at two traffic enforcers at barangay East Kamias, Quezon City, after he was pulled over for a traffic violation, is circulating online and catching the attention of netizens.
Simplicio Retirado, 60-yeard-old, and Raul Mercado, who is 35 years old, pulled over the SUV driver with license plates UJQ-889 for entering a one-way street in Barangay East Kamias at past 11 a.m, as reported by Philippine Star .
Chief Inspector Rodel Marcelo, focalprice head of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) s Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit, said that when the traffic enforcers accosted the SUV driver for a traffic violation, the suspect opened the window of his car and pushed Retirado. focalprice
